Dr Chipper is Russ Payne, guitar / vocals and Mark Reynolds, bass / backing vocals with Magnus Cordran on percussion. We play an exciting mix of original pop / rock songs. We live on Exmoor in Somerset, England and our music reflects nature's seasons.
